Mrs. Clute

    I was born and raised in Montana , moving to various cities in the
eastern part of the state.  I went to high school in Miles City , and upon
graduating I attended a travel school in North Miami Beach , Florida .  In the
fall of 1990, I moved to Helena and landed a job as a travel agent.  I had
the wonderful opportunity to see some beautiful areas throughout my career,
traveling to Florida , California , Hawaii , Cayman Islands , Jamaica , and the
Bahamas .  

    While in Helena , I met my husband, Brett, and his son, Derrick.  We
moved to Laurel in the Spring of 1995.  At this time, my dream of attending
college surfaced once again, and I began making the necessary arrangements
to fulfill my life time goal of teaching.  In the Fall of 1996, I enrolled
in college at Montana State University-Billings, and graduated three years
later with a K-8 teaching certificate.  Upon graduation, I received my first
teaching job in a one room school.  I taught all grades K-7 for two years at
Springdale .  My children had been attending Arrowhead School during this
time, and I was thrilled to have received a teaching job in the same
wonderful school system.

    Three years later, I am still thrilled to be here teaching and
learning.  I love having the opportunity to share that passion with
children, and to provide them with the experiences that will help them feel
the way that I do. With both of my children attending this year, I am
looking forward to another great year at Arrowhead School !
